At Destined for Destiny Institute, we believe that every child is unique and has their own strengths and passions. Our admissions process reflects this belief, and we strive to get to know each applicant as an individual. To begin the process, please download and complete our application form.

Our application form is available for download on our website. Please take the time to fill it out completely and accurately.

Once you have completed the application form, please submit it to us via email at dfdinstitute@yahoo.com We will review your application and get back to you within 30 days.
03.
After we have reviewed your application and determined that you may be a good fit for Destined for Destiny Institute, we will invite you to schedule a campus visit. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to meet with our faculty and staff, tour our facility, and learn more about our programs.
